In this role, you will be responsible for: Responsibilities and Tasks: Contributing to the planning, coordination, and review of office services, establishing priorities and service standards to support energy efficiency projects and business operations Allocating and managing human resources, office space, and equipment to ensure effective support for installation teams, sales, and compliance activities Assigning administrative and operational tasks to staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring deadlines and service standards are met Managing office records, documentation, invoicing, and accounts related to energy projects, government programs, and internal operations Liaising with external professionals, suppliers, contractors, and service providers to coordinate office activities and resolve operational or administrative issues Ensuring office equipment, systems, and supplies are maintained and available to support daily business and project requirements Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, including office-based WHS policies and procedures Ensuring all office operations comply with relevant government legislation, regulatory requirements, policies, and internal procedures Coordinating personnel activities including recruitment support, onboarding, performance monitoring, payroll coordination, training administration, and staff supervision Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent qualification Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an Office Manager or similar role Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively Demonstrated ability to proactively identify operational issues and implement process improvements to support efficient office and business operations Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70.000 to $80.000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
