Your opportunity We’re looking for a Platform Manager - Business Systems to take ownership of Scentre Group’s core business systems — including Salesforce, Conga, Docusign, CMMS, HammerTech, Propidex, Nearmap and their related integrations. This role is critical in ensuring these platforms are stable, scalable and delivering real value to our people and our business. As the Platform Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of these systems: from strategy, roadmap and governance through to delivery, optimisation and ongoing support. You’ll act as the key link between Technology and the business, translating needs into actionable solutions and balancing demand, risk and technical constraints. Your work will directly improve business efficiency, data quality and user experience, helping drive Scentre Group’s digital maturity and long‑term strategic ambitions. Day-to-day you will be responsible for: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of core business systems, including strategy, roadmap, delivery and ongoing health. Partner with business leaders to understand needs, prioritise demand and shape practical solutions. Ensure platforms are secure, stable and well-governed with strong controls and monitoring. Lead enhancements, upgrades and vendor management to drive value and performance. Work with architecture, integration and data teams to ensure platforms fit seamlessly across the enterprise. Support change, adoption and continuous improvement to maximise business outcomes. What sets you apart You bring leadership, technical know‑how, and the ability to turn business needs into practical system solutions. Experience leading platform or application teams. A supportive coaching style to grow and develop talent. Ability to think strategically about technology. Experience working with CRM or enterprise systems in a large organisation. Strong background in managing and improving technology platforms. Experience across design, development, testing, deployment and support (Salesforce experience valued).
