About the Role: Are you passionate about connecting people with meaningful opportunities and making a real difference in the community? We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Volunteer Engagement Advisor to join our team in Guildford. In this rewarding role, you will play a key part in attracting, recruiting and supporting volunteers who deliver essential services to the community. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to build a strong, engaged and sustainable volunteer workforce. Part-time role - 4 full days per week - Monday to Thursday – Base hourly rate – $43.92 A full-time arrangement (5 days per week) may be considered, subject to the successful applicant’s capacity to perform additional HR-related duties Coordinate the recruitment, selection and onboarding of volunteers Promote volunteering opportunities through various channels Deliver a positive and engaging experience for all volunteer applicants Build strong relationships with volunteers, staff and community partners Support volunteer retention and engagement initiatives Facilitate group and corporate volunteering activities Ensure compliance with screening, onboarding and legislative requirements Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting and process improvements About You: You are a proactive and organised professional with a passion for people and community impact. You bring: Experience in recruitment, HR, administration or volunteer coordination Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively High attention to detail and compliance requirements A positive, solutions-focused attitude Confidence working both independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
