Projects range from $5M up to $50M and consist of educational, retail, commercial as well as a division that creates some of SEQ’s most iconic hospitality and hotel venues There is currently a rare opening in their team who deliver some of the Sunshine Coast's well- known hotel projects as a Foreman. You could potentially be working on a large pub re-build or an exclusive restaurant/bar project in the ever-evolving hospitality scene. These builds can be large and complex and upcoming projects are $20M in value as we see the the Sunshine Coast further evolve as a tourist destination in the lead-up to the upcoming Olympics. As the successful Foreman you will be capable of delivering your own projects up to $10M or be part of a larger team working under a Senior Site Manager on larger $20M projects. Suitable candidates will have a demonstratable background working as a foreman for at least 5 years for a commercial building company and be able to undertake the following : Short-term planning/programming Managing both structural and finishes Trades Ensuring site WH&S maintained Client/consultant interface onsite Suitable foremen will also have experience working in ‘live’ environments whether school/educational or retail projects and have the desire to further develop their careers into Site Management roles Pleas refer all enquiries to James Paul james@contec.net.au
