About the role Reporting to the CFO, the Contracts Coordinator is a newly created fulltime or part time position based in Townsville, as part of the corporate team. The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the financial management and contract obligations of all block funded program contracts across the selectability footprint. The Contracts Coordinator’s key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: interpreting block funded contracts into operational requirements analysing financial data for each contract and supporting that the allocated budget is used in full monitoring individual contract obligation performance supporting program coordinators in understanding their contract obligations writing reports to provide project updates for internal and external stakeholders engaging with external contract funders as the key contact across the selectability footprint supporting the submission of tenders and contract negations About you To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and abilities: previous experience managing contracts minimum of 2 years experience in accounting, or contract management highly competent in MYOB Advanced certificate IV in Accounting or Book-keeping, Bachelor degree in Accounting or Law is highly desirable experience in TRACCS (highly desirable) experience in Aurion is (highly desirable) ability to travel across our footprint from time to time Role requirements a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland drivers licence a currently registered, roadworthy, and fully comprehensive insured vehicle a Child Safety & Personal History Screening check a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain) NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You' completion certificate About the offer The Contracts Coordinator position is a permanent fulltime or parttime position based in Townsville.
