We offer a broad range of specialised mental health services, including: Acute inpatient care Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) Outpatient day programs As Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a key leadership role in guiding a dedicated multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care for our patients. Essential Criteria: Eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Relevant tertiary qualification. Minimum 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse. Extensive knowledge and application of clinical practice related to mental health nursing. Ability to effectively plan and manage financial, human and material resources. Ability to plan, develop, implement and evaluate a Quality Improvement program. Ability to identify and develop strategies to meet learning requirements for ward. Willingness to accept and promote the Ramsay Way Values. Desirable Criteria: Relevant Post Graduate qualification.
