About the opportunity: Purpose The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading end‑to‑end procurement, category management and supplier performance across both soft and hard services across the Charter Hall Office portfolio. The role ensures procurement outcomes are strategically aligned, commercially robust, compliant with governance requirements, and deliver sustainable value for Charter Hall’s assets, investors and customers. The role partners closely with Operations, Property Management, ESG, Building Technology, Risk and Finance to optimise service delivery, manage risk, and continuously improve cost, quality and performance across the supply chain. What you’ll be doing The Procurement Manager will support the National Supply Chain Manager to deliver Charter Hall’s Strategic Procurement Plan and will: - Deliver cost optimisation, value creation and service improvement initiatives while maintaining service standards and asset performance. - Maintain standardised scopes, specifications and service standards in collaboration with National and State Operations teams. - Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities, including RFx strategy, tendering, evaluation, negotiation and contract award. - Lead commercial negotiations and support contract execution for goods and services. - Develop business cases, cost models and total cost of ownership analysis to support sourcing decisions. - Ensure all procurement activity aligns with Charter Hall’s governance, approval and delegation frameworks. - Own contract lifecycle management across assigned soft and hard services, including renewals, variations and extensions. - Ensure contractual obligations, insurances, performance requirements and compliance standards are clearly defined, monitored and enforced. - Work closely with National and State Operations Managers to establish and manage supplier performance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, scorecards and performance reviews. - Embed ESG, WHS, modern slavery and ethical sourcing requirements into procurement and contract management activities. - Monitor changes in legislation, market conditions and industry best practice impacting the supply chain. - Operate as part of a national procurement team supporting the Charter Hall Office portfolio. - Provide procurement leadership and guidance to Operations, Facility Management and Asset teams. - Support capability uplift through training, frameworks and best‑practice guidance - Provide insights, reporting and data to support portfolio‑level decision‑making Benefits that matter Together, our efforts shape the success of our customers and communities for years to come.
