These hires will play a foundational role in shaping technical direction, setting engineering standards, and establishing a high-performing local team from the ground up. We’re looking for Senior Engineers who are hands-on and passionate about building high-quality software. You’ll take ownership of your work, contribute to technical decisions, and collaborate closely with the wider engineering team to deliver scalable solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, writing clean and reliable code, and working in a collaborative environment where you can have a real impact on the product and engineering culture. Tech-wise, must have: Strong Golang expertise Solid React / TypeScript skills Cloud experience (AWS or GCP) Solid PostgreSQL knowledge Confidence working across the stack in a modern, cloud-native environment Ability to work across a range of other technologies such as Python What you’ll do: Design, build, and ship features end-to-end Own critical services and architectural decisions Elevate engineering quality, standards, and developer experience Collaborate effectively across time zones Play a key role in shaping hiring, culture, and the future of the Sydney team We’re looking for someone excited by the opportunity to scale an engineering team and help shape the next evolution of a well-funded, high-growth product.
