About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality care and supporting positive outcomes for residents. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight to care teams Supervise Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders and Care Service Employees Allocate duties to support safe, effective and efficient service delivery Promote clinical excellence and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Support best practice in line with aged care legislation and quality standards About You You are a committed and empathetic Registered Nurse who brings sound clinical judgement, professionalism and a collaborative approach to care. Essential Criteria Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential aged care Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills Empathetic, respectful and team-focused approach Flexibility to work various shifts across a full rotating roster Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle Why Join McLean Care?
