About the role: We are looking for an experienced Injury, Care & Recovery Advisor to join our team in Barangaroo and support our people across Australia. This critical role provides strategic guidance on early intervention, rehabilitation and return to work, while collaborating closely with internal teams, external providers and insurers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our employees. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Driving the implementation of injury management initiatives designed to enhance overall workforce health, wellbeing and recovery outcomes. Providing holistic, end-to-end support for Lendlease employees recovering from work related and nonwork related injuries or illnesses. Collaborating with key service providers to ensure appropriate treatment, rehabilitation and return to work pathways are implemented to achieve positive claims outcomes. Participating in offsite case conferences with medical providers, employees, insurers and operational managers, offering strategic advice on recovery and early intervention plans. Working closely with internal Safety, Operational, and People & Culture teams to ensure a coordinated and person-centred support. Identifying needs and designing strategic initiatives to improve claims outcomes. Analysing claim trends and site risks, partnering with stakeholders to recommend proactive corrective actions. About you: You will have a passion for supporting people on their recovery journey and a people-focused approach to your work, you will also have: Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end injury management, workplace rehabilitation and return-to-work coordination in a large organisation, across multiple jurisdictions (NSW experience essential). A tertiary qualification in an Allied Health discipline, ideally Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy (desirable). Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and build trust with diverse stakeholders. Experience using a claims management system such as Injury Master/Solv. Strong understanding of workplace injury management, workers’ compensation legislation, and organisational compliance requirements.
