What’s the role? As an Analyst, GTS Client Services, you will provide high‑quality sales and service support to a portfolio of institutional and corporate clients across the customer lifecycle. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring service excellence, proactive engagement, and effective risk management while supporting revenue and deposit growth. This role will work closely with Relationship Managers and broader GTS and WIB teams to deliver seamless client outcomes. You’ll manage service delivery for your client portfolio, act as the primary escalation point, resolve enquiries within agreed SLAs, and deliver proactive service while supporting revenue growth, strong risk and documentation compliance, and continuous improvement. What do I need? Proven experience servicing institutional or corporate clients, ideally across transactional banking, lending, or financial markets Strong understanding of client servicing models, products, systems, and operational processes Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver consistently high service outcomes Sound business and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify client needs and opportunities Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across multiple internal teams A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a strong focus on risk, accuracy, and compliance Why join us?
