Your impact Following an internal promotion, our Perth team based in the impressive Bankwest Place office, has an opportunity for an experienced Analyst to support client portfolios alongside Relationship Executives. This role suits a Business or Commercial Banking Credit Analyst who can contribute immediately, manage credit workflows with confidence, support day‑to‑day banking needs, gain exposure to complex transactions, and help deliver strong client experiences that build lasting relationships. In this role, you will: Conduct financial modelling, credit assessment, and risk analysis for new and existing lending Prepare high‑quality credit submissions, annual reviews, and approval papers Coordinate deal execution through documentation, settlement, and funding Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with credit and reporting requirements Develop client and industry insights to support sound credit and commercial decision‑making You bring: Proven experience in Business or Commercial Banking credit analysis, including credit writing, annual reviews, transaction structuring, and strong financial and cash flow analysis skills Demonstrated client service capability, working closely with Relationship Executives, with clear communication across internal and external stakeholders Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Commerce (preferred), alongside sound judgement, a proactive mindset, and commitment to ongoing professional development What we offer We support a flexible working environment that enables people to thrive professionally and personally.
