This is a Senior Site Administrator role with DT Infrastructure based in WA, AU DT Infrastructure Role Seniority - senior More about the Senior Site Administrator role at DT Infrastructure Job description: About the role DT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Senior Site Administrator to join DT Infrastructure and Alstom in delivering the $1.6B contract for Perth's High-Capacity Signalling Project. The project includes the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of the new Automatic Train Control System to replace the existing signalling and train control systems in Perth. This role will lead and coordinate day‑to‑day operations of the site office(s), ensuring efficient workflows, high‑quality administrative support, and a positive, well‑organised working environment along with providing support to the Deployment Team, facilitating operations across the main site office and satellite offices. Experience and capabilities A valid C‑class WA driver’s licence is mandatory. Previous experience in project and/or site administration, ideally within the rail, construction, or large infrastructure sectors. Experience in workforce mobilisation and onboarding processes, including compliance and safety requirements. Experience with the Rail Industry Worker (RIW) system or equivalent industry competency platforms is desirable. Experience supporting site operations such as procurement, reporting, documentation control, and cost tracking. Strong background in financial administration, including high-volume documentation handling, invoicing, and cost-related processes. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environments, adapting to changing priorities and demands. Strong organisational and time‑management experience, managing multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
