As well as monitoring the standards of care provided, Safer Care Victoria is partnering with patients, clinicians and health service managers to support the continuous improvement of health care. SCV is delivering the Victorian Medicines Formulary (VMF), an exciting system reform initiative to improve medicines management across Victoria. The Position In this role you will use your medicines information management skills to support the design, establishment and operation of the Victorian Medicines Formulary Clinical Council (VMFCC), which is responsible for approving medicines on the new Victorian Medicines Formulary. You will also support the establishment and coordination of expert advisory groups that advise the VMFCC. About You This role is suitable for a senior medicines information pharmacist with knowledge of MTC/DTC formulary management processes, who thrives on complexity and is passionate about driving meaningful change.
