About The Centre Our brand new Rockbank Village centre is a modern, purpose built early learning service. The Opportunity And Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Room Leader to lead our Babies Nursery (0–2 years). Working closely with the Centre Manager and Educational Leader, you will lead your room, mentor educators and deliver high quality programs aligned with EYLF and NQS. You Will Be Responsible For Leading the daily operations of the Babies Nursery room Developing and implementing age appropriate learning programs Building strong relationships with children, families and team members Supporting and mentoring educators within the room Ensuring compliance with regulations, NQS and Aspire practices Contributing to a positive and collaborative centre culture About You Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved qualification Proven experience working in or leading a Nursery (0–2 years) room Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and Child Safe Standards Ability to lead, inspire and support a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for high quality early learning and care Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Why Join Aspire – Rockbank Village At Aspire, we’re committed to creating environments where our people feel supported, valued and set up for success.
