You’ll start as a Customer Service Team Member, learning our service standards, systems and products across the store. From there, you’ll gradually gain exposure to the Kitchens department, building confidence with kitchen ranges, storage solutions, fittings and how customers plan their projects. What the pathway looks like: Team Member – learn store basics, customer service, systems and product knowledge Kitchen Expert (development step) – build deeper Kitchens product knowledge and support customers earlier in their project journey Kitchen Specialist – once fully trained and signed off, move into a specialist role supporting kitchen projects This approach allows you to grow at the right pace, complete all required training and onboarding, and build confidence before stepping into a specialist role. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $28.64 per hour for this role.
