Working as part of a dedicated team, you’ll help prepare the store for stocktake, participate in accurate stock counting, and assist with follow‑up investigations once counts are completed. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working to deadlines and takes pride in accuracy. This is a fixed‑term contract for 3 weeks , from 13th April - 3rd May . Flexibility to work across a range of shifts during the stocktake period is required, including work outside of standard trading hours where needed. We provide an adult base pay rate from $35 per hour for this role. What’s involved: Helping get the store ready for stocktake, including organising and preparing stock Manually counting all or part of the store’s inventory Ensuring stock levels are accurately reflected in the computer system Assisting with investigations, recounts, and discrepancy resolution after counting Replenishing and tidying stock once stocktake activities are completed Supporting stocktake activities outside of trading hours where required Who we’re looking for: We’re looking for reliable, detail‑focused team members with a positive, can‑do attitude. You’ll be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team and willing to pitch in to ensure stocktake is completed accurately and on time. Previous retail or stock handling experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
