About The Role Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the student counter by assisting students with enquiries Support attendance processes using ID Attend, including signing students in and out, processing absences, and assisting with roll marking Administer basic first aid in the sick bay as required Liaise with parents regarding student matters Call for students on behalf of the Leadership team Undertake a range of general administrative duties as required About You The successful applicant will be passionate about delivering friendly, student-focused service and will be able to operate confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
