Monitor, review and drive agent sales and QA performance, provide feedback and implement performance improvement measurements as required. Facilitate regular team meetings. Act as a point of contact between team and management/other departments. Assist team members in handling challenging/complex customer queries. Leading the team to a high standard in terms of bill comparisons, scripting and process Motivate and inspire team members daily Develop initiatives that drive cross-sell behavior, helping leverage all of Compare Club’s products to the benefit of our members Responsible for delivery of sales and industry training including maintenance of registers What you’ll bring 3 years’ experience in leading teams in a telesales environment highly desirable Energy Industry experience is highly desirable Proficiency in MS and Google Suite applications Strong mathematical skills, capable of completing challenging bill comparisons using Microsoft Excel (or manually) Experience developing sales reports Day to day management of front line staff, including managing performance through Performance Management Plans Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a productive workflow Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
