Your role would be to provide our customers with outstanding customer service over the phone and through email as the first point of contact. You will: Determine the assistance required by the customer and lodge a service request if it is determined necessary. Provide customers with verbal quotes for water heater installations. Advise customers on installation dates, service calls and general service matters. Liaise with internal stakeholders including planning room team members. Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to. About you To be successful it is essential you have similar customer service experience within an inbound contact centre. In addition, you will: Enjoy and be effective working in a team. Have experience in dealing with and resolving issues for customers. Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Have a high attention to detail. Have a proactive approach and a positive attitude. Experience with SAP C4C is strongly desirable.
