What you'll be doing: Welcoming employees, visitors, contractors and managing all front‑of‑house activity. Handling calls, emails, bookings and access passes with a calm, professional approach. Collecting, checking and preparing timesheets, including overtime and absentee reviews. Coordinating with supervisors and payroll to validate and submit accurate time data. Reconciling payments at reception and processing site claims or reimbursements. Maintaining records, scanning/uploading documents and managing office supplies. Preparing new starter files, welcome packs and supporting onboarding administration. Providing day‑to‑day admin support to the Plant Manager, GM and wider site team.
