What You’ll Do Operational & Portfolio Management Lead service delivery across a large, multi-site HVAC portfolio Coordinate technician scheduling and dispatch for maximum efficiency Ensure coverage and high performance across 20–25 major sites Manage transitional and high-turnover environments with confidence Team Leadership Mentor and lead a team of 10–15 skilled technicians , fostering a high-performance culture Maintain safety and compliance standards across all sites Support technicians operating in complex, varied facilities environments Financial & Commercial Accountability Own branch financial performance , including costs, margins, and quoting pipelines Monitor operational budgets and vehicle/resource efficiency Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability Client & Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with Facilities Managers and property stakeholders Deliver consistent, high-quality service across high-profile commercial and industrial portfolios Operate confidently within FM and property asset management environments What We’re Looking For Technical background from HVAC or Refrigeration trades Proven experience managing large property portfolios (300–400 properties preferred) Strong leadership experience with high-volume teams of technicians Commercially and financially astute, with experience managing quoting pipelines and operational budgets Highly organised, resilient, and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-demand environments Passionate about delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations Why This Role is Exciting This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a large, multi-site HVAC portfolio , lead a talented team, and make a real impact on operational performance and client satisfaction .
