Join a global pharmaceutical organisation and work within a specialised oncology environment, partnering with leading cancer specialists across major hospitals. This role offers the opportunity to manage a high value territory, engage deeply with oncology stakeholders and contribute to improved patient outcomes in a competitive therapeutic area. The Role You will manage a Victoria South East and Tasmania hospital territory, building strong partnerships with oncology specialists and key hospital stakeholders. The territory includes major hospitals such as: • Box Hill • The Alfred • Monash Health network • Malvern and surrounding private hospitals • Regional travel to Tasmania Key stakeholders include: • Medical Oncologists • Radiation Oncologists • Urologists • Hospital Pharmacists • Oncology Nurses Success in this role will come from strong specialist engagement, strategic account management and confident clinical conversations. About You • Oncology sales experience strongly preferred • Adjacent specialty experience may be considered (e.g. haematology, urology, immunology or other specialist areas) • Proven success in a hospital specialist pharmaceutical sales role • Strong questioning skills and ability to challenge clinical habits using data • Highly motivated and comfortable working autonomously • A collaborative team player Package • Base salary • Car allowance • Super • Bonus based on performance metrics Timing 12 month contract covering long term leave with an ideal start date in April 2026.
