Provide strategic leadership and management across the Department of Housing, Local Government and Community Development, for business continuity and emergency preparedness, response and recovery. This role is responsible for the planning, implementation and review of the Departmentâs Emergency Management Framework, as it aligns to NT Governmentâs broader Territory Emergency Management Plan/s and through a risk based, all hazards approach ensuring the Departmentâs Emergency Management programs meet regulatory requirements, industry best practices and system level expectations. Selection will be made at the ECO1 or SAO2 at the time of appointment. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered or alternatively the successful applicant may be appointed on an ongoing basis.
