Our client, Australia's most trusted bearing supplier is seeking an experienced Fitter Machinist for their busy operations. This role is ongoing with the potential for temp - perm for the right candidate. Hours: Monday - Friday full time hours with overtime as required. Responsibilities Operating machine tool's both CNC and manual machines as per the standard operating procedures Equipment inspections, testing and maintenance as required Dismantle, document and reassemble mechanical equipment Liaising with Workshop Manager and consult on the status of outstanding jobs Adherence to safety policies and procedures Completion of all documentation relating to the job in an accurate and timely manner Requirements to be successful are Adaptable and flexible, able to work as part of a cohesive team CNC and Manual Machining experience is essential Cert III in Engineering - Mechanical, Fitter/Turner (or equivalent) Forklift License - advantageous but not essential General machining experience background CAD/CAM experience would be advantageous but not essential DONT MISS OUT - APPLY NOW
