What You'll Do Lead end-to-end injury management and WorkCover processes Support injured workers with safe, durable return‑to‑work plans Provide expert coaching to leaders around WorkCover and RTW procedures Liaise with medical practitioners, insurers, rehabilitation providers, and internal stakeholders Maintain confidential case files, analyse claim trends, and drive continuous improvement Deliver best-practice advice within a strong safety and wellbeing framework What You Bring Demonstrated experience in WorkCover claims management and return‑to‑work coordination Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and injury management practices Excellent communication, empathy, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion Strong analytical, investigative and administrative capability Certificate in Return to Work Coordination (essential) Current Police Check and Working with Children Check Why This Role?
