Benefits: Stable global brand On site parking $3000 sign on bonus Annual Wage Increase Overtime Available 8 hour afternoon shift 5 weeks annual leave Key Responsibilities: As a Die Setter, your focus will be on blow moulding operations, including: Perform mould/die changes, insert changes and colour/material changes in line with the production schedule Machine start-up, shutdown and changeovers for blow moulding machines Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters to ensure optimal output and quality Troubleshoot processing and quality issues specific to blow moulding (e.g. parison control, wall thickness, defects) Record process changes and maintain accurate production documentation Identify and report tooling or machine issues to maintenance/tooling teams To be successful, you will possess the following: Minimum 3 years experience in an blow moulding manufacturing site Experience with extrusion or injection blow moulding highly regarded Formal trade qualification is not essential but is highly regarded; however, lengthy and in-depth working knowledge and experience in blow moulding die setting environment will be well considered.
