The Role We are seeking Grain Handlers to join a grain storage and logistics operation in Nullawil, VIC, supporting the agriculture and grain industry. This is a physically active, outdoor role where you will assist with site preparation ahead of harvest, including bunker work, grain handling, and receivals. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment alongside a team focused on safety, efficiency, and maintaining high site standards. Key Responsibilities This role supports daily grain site operations to ensure efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of grain. Clean and prepare bunkers, including tarping and site setup Shovel and move grain as required across the site Assist with grain outloading and general site operations Operate drive-over hoppers and support receivals Conduct grain sampling and assist with weighbridge tasks Follow directions from site management and maintain safe work practices Benefits Competitive pay rate of $33.38 per hour penalty rates Great working schedule of approximately 50 hours per week Opportunity to gain hands-on experience across grain operations Work outdoors as part of a supportive and safety-focused team Variety of duties across receivals, bunker work, and grain handling Your Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in grain handling and be comfortable working in physically demanding environments.
