The Role We are seeking for a skilled Maintenance Assistance to support a busy operation in Kununurra, WA, within the agriculture cooperation. Key Responsibilities This is a practical, hands-on role working primarily in the workshop and yard, assisting with equipment repairs, fabrication tasks, and general operational support. You'll work closely with the farm team to maintain machinery and infrastructure while ensuring equipment remains safe, reliable, and operational during the season. This role focuses on maintaining farm equipment and infrastructure while assisting with general operational tasks when required. Perform welding, fabrication, and general mechanical maintenance Assist with repairs and servicing of farm machinery and equipment Support day-to-day yard operations and workshop activities Operate loaders and assist with equipment movements when required Assist with fertiliser mixing and general farm operational tasks Maintain safe and organised work areas Benefits Competitive pay rate of $40.00 per hour Stable employment with ongoing duration Consistent work with approximately 50 hours per week Opportunity to apply fabrication and mechanical skills in a practical farm environment Your Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you will have a strong practical background in maintenance, welding, or fabrication within farming or machinery environments.
