Description In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for performing complex installation and service work, advising on technical aspects of equipment use and maintenance. What you will do Install and Service Equipment: Ensure installations and services meet standards by planning, testing, supervising, addressing malfunctions, and ensuring safety. Complete and submit all related paperwork. Provide Technical Support to Engineers and Sales: Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, assist sales staff with technical queries, provide sales leads, and promote company products. Provide Product Feedback to Manufacturers: Identify and communicate product issues to overseas manufacturers using established procedures. Complete Equipment Modifications: Analyse and perform necessary equipment modifications, ensuring they meet safety standards and customer requirements, while documenting changes according to corporate guidelines. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar tertiary qualifications Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect license X-Ray license (EPA/Radiation use) Over 5 years of experience in medical imaging equipment engineering Experience working with computers and networking Demonstrated experience in relationship management with medical professionals In return we offer Competitive salary, including a fully maintained company car and additional incentives.
