Description What your day might look like: Ascertaining data for review of client investment portfolios. Report writing of Statement of Advice and Record of Advice documents including investment recommendations with a focus on structure and strategy. Assist in implementation of changes to portfolios following regular review process. Update and maintain client data in Xplan Attend to time recording and costing requirements as part of firm’s time costing system. Monitor the completion of work to ensure that it remains within time restraints. Prepare & lodge OFA/FDS/Fee consent applications, ensuring all administrative compliance requirements are met. Be pro-active when dealing with clients by phone or in person, in order to build the client’s trust and confidence in William Buck Wealth Advisors. Background preparation for Partners and Advisors in meetings and account management. Skills And Experiences What makes you ‘just right’: Relevant degree in Financial Planning, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline, or currently pursuing studies in these areas. Sound understanding of Financial Services (essential). 2 years’ working in a similar position, where providing administrative support was your primary function (essential) Client-focussed, with a passion for providing exceptional service. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Proficiency using XPlan software Strong communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
