Full-Time Permanent Position, 4 days a week, no weekend Opportunity to join a leading Australian dairy brand Day Shift 5.30AM to 3PM, with overtime available The Role Our Bentley site located in Perth manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced directly from over 30 farms in the Albany, Harvey, and Northcliffe regions of south-western WA. The team at Bentley is a multicultural and diverse bunch, spanning 20 countries from around the world! The site currently manufactures more than 70 million litres a year including the state's number one flavoured milk product - Masters! Reporting to the Manufacturing Team Leader, this role is to ensure all packaging functions are carried out in an effective, efficient, and timely manner and for delivering product safely, of the highest quality, at the lowest cost, with minimal waste in the correct quantity when it is required. The candidate will be required to work day shift on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:30am to 3:00pm, with overtime available. Responsibilities Accurate completion and recording of all quality, testing, and production-related documents. Working effectively and efficiently to reduce downtime Reporting safety incidents and maintenance requirements Ensuring production areas are cleaned up to quality standards Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures About you Experience in a manufacturing /warehouse environment Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn Basic computer literacy skills (Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, etc…) Problem Solving Skills – ability to identify options and develop solutions Mechanical Aptitude – ability to identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical issue Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
