Duties and Responsibilities: ·Oversee general restaurant activities including front and back of house for a smooth day to day operation ·Handle customer enquiries and complaints efficiently ·Supervise and support staff members in carrying out their duties ·In-charge of coordinating food orders and station assignments (e.g. sauté cook, entrée fryer, soup/curry cook, etc.) efficiently and effectively ·Prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of work within business operating hours ·Provide day-to-day guidance and assistance to team members when required ·Assist back of house members and servers during peak meal periods ·Handle customer complaints in a friendly and calm manner ·Flexible in dealing with changes/problems ·Be accountable for problems that arise during business hours ·Oversee the general cleanliness To be successful candidate you need to have: ·Diploma or other AQF qualification/degree in management ·Excellent communication skill ·Positive working attitude ·Good team players ·Able to work in a fast-paced work environment ·At least 3 years relevant experience What you will get: ·Full time role ·Good career progression ·Annual base salary from $75,000 to $80,000
