We are seeking a qualified and experienced Massage Therapist to join our Magic Care Massage team at Smythes Creek Ballarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality Massage treatments to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities: Developed and personalized treatment plans informed by client consultations and diagnostic imaging, including X-ray and ultrasound examination records. Offering therapeutic massage and delivering body treatments to promote relaxation and enhance overall well-being. Utilizing a range of massage techniques, including deep tissue Chinese (Tui-Na) Massage and Remedial Massage, to target muscles and tendons, aid in healing, improve sports performance, and prevent injuries. Assisting in the recovery process using herbal oils, ice, hot stones, and other techniques. Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes. Ensuring a high level of hygiene and safety is maintained in the treatment room. Requirements: Positive VETASSESS skills assessment as a 411611 Massage Therapist Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a massage therapist (Preferably in a hospital or an allied healthcare setting). Flexibility to work during weekends and public holiday periods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team.
