Our Technology team focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining digital solutions that support both internal business systems, and client‑facing initiatives. Our work helps ensure the business runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently, while also enabling new ways of working through technology. What you’ll be doing: As a Graduate Developer, you will support the design, development and maintenance of digital solutions across internal business systems and client facing initiatives. The role focuses on building foundational software engineering capability within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, web technologies, automation and data solutions. The position operates under guidance from senior team members, with increasing autonomy as capability develops. The role contributes to delivery outcomes while developing the technical, professional and collaboration skills required for progression Developer level. You can expect to: Build and maintain applications, automations, and web assets using the Microsoft Power Platform Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business insights Assist with data modelling, integration, testing, and troubleshooting Write clean, well-documented code and contribute to web-based digital solutions Learn and apply software development fundamentals under guidance Experiment with emerging AI, automation, and Copilot tools Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders But it’s not all about work. Qualifications You will be a recent graduate or student in your final year of study and will have: Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline Foundational knowledge of one programming language (eg. C#, Javascript, Python) Understanding of software development concepts and problem solving approaches Willingness to learn and develop capability in low-code and pro-code environments eligibility to live and work in Australia (Australian citizens and permanent residents only).
