About the Role This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile investment and development valuation assignments for a diverse portfolio of clients, including institutional investors, REITs, financiers, developers, and government bodies. In this senior role, you’ll leverage your expertise to deliver insightful, reliable, and high-quality valuations across commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties. Experience in asset valuation for financial reporting purposes will be highly regarded, as our clients rely on accurate and compliant reporting for their property portfolios. Key Responsibilities Undertake complex property valuations for investment and development purposes Conduct asset valuations specifically for financial reporting in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
