Primary Teacher Full-time | Temporary (Maternity Leave Cover) Terms 2-4, 2026 Central West NSW An independent, multi‑campus Preparatory to Year 12 day in teh Central West NSW is seeking a qualified Primary Teacher for a full‑time maternity leave contract commencing in Term 2, 2026, and continuing through Terms 3 and 4. The school is a large, well‑established independent institution with approximately 900 students across multiple campuses. Set in a spacious regional environment, it offers extensive academic, cultural, sporting, and wellbeing programs. The Role Teach across K-6 , delivering engaging programs aligned with the NSW NESA curriculum Create a positive, inclusive learning environment Assess, monitor, and report on student progress Provide strong pastoral care and support student wellbeing Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership Participate in school events, professional learning, and co-curricular activities About You Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across diverse teams. High levels of organisation, initiative, and professional discretion. Composure under pressure and commitment to student wellbeing. Requirements Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) or equivalent. Current NESA accreditation to teach in NSW. Current Working With Children Check. Demonstrated understanding and implementation of the NESA syllabus. Ability to design, deliver, assess, and evaluate contemporary programs that meet diverse learner needs. Effective integration of ICT in teaching and administration.
