FIFO 2/1 roster from Perth | Long-term electrical infrastructure projects WA Competitive salary package | Immediate Start for the right Candidate Lead electrical crews on HV & LV brownfields projects within operational mining Proton Power is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our growing team delivering electrical infrastructure projects across Western Australia. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will oversee electrical crews delivering installation works across a variety of brownfields and operational site projects. This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 2:1 roster supporting multiple projects. The Role as an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising electrical teams while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating daily activities and ensuring safe work practices are followed Overseeing LV and HV electrical installations Supervising electrical crews across site construction works Managing works within operational brownfields environments Ensuring compliance with client, statutory and company requirements Supporting project delivery, shutdown activities and critical tie-ins Essential Requirements S26 Statutory Supervisor (BSBWHS411 & BSBWHS414 exam passed) WA Electrical Licence Construction Induction / White Card Current CPR / LVR Proven experience supervising brownfields electrical projects Strong experience with LV and HV installations Desirable Electrical Nominee FMG Inducted (Desirable) To be successful in this role you will have strong electrical construction experience and demonstrated leadership within mining or heavy industrial environments.
