Visual Merchandise Team Leader Part time: 36 hours/week Lead the team to convey current seasonal trends and drive sales About the role: Partnering with the Visual Merchandise Manager, your role as Team Leader will see you lead a creative team to ensure product items on the floor are well stocked to create an oasis of visual inspiration to customers. This hands-on role blends creativity and operational discipline and you will bring your sense of personal creative style, strong VM principles, and a love of a dynamic fast-paced workplace to execute the creative brief strategy. Working alongside with your team, you will coordinate unloading shipments, maintain and stock floor displays and shelves to translate seasonal trends into inspiring visual displays. Your leadership will ensure the Geelong store consistently inspires, captivates and helps shape incredible memorable in-store experiences to our valued customers. To be considered for this position you will need to be fully available to work Monday to Friday, and may also include occasional additional availability during some weekends and peak seasonal periods. Your Background: Visual merchandising styling experience within a retail fashion environment, preferred Visual merchandise qualifications or working towards, highly regarded Leadership or supervisory experience Ability to foster effective communication and collaboration with team members A love of a dynamic fast-paced workplace Strong understanding in trends and styles as well as a real passion for visual merchandising!
