Responsibilities: Lead a strong team working on landscape construction projects including softscape, hardscape and irrigation install. Coordinate day-to-day site activities, materials, deliveries and subcontractors. Work closely with project managers and clients to keep jobs moving smoothly Maintain high standards of safety, workmanship and site presentation. Helping train and develop junior staff. How to be successful: You don’t need to tick every box—if you have landscaping experience and want to step up, we’d love to hear from you! Certificate II or III in Landscaping or Horticulture (desired, but not essential) Previous landscape, construction and / or gardening experience. Strong leadership skills.
