Project Services Sydney Contract Competitive day rate Collaborative and caring team Opportunity to work on a large and complex technology program Our client is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to support the delivery of a large and complex technology program within a structured team. Reporting directly to the Program and Project Managers, this role sits at the centre of program governance, financial coordination and procurement management. You will play a key role in ensuring consistent processes, accurate financial oversight and effective coordination across multiple teams. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable managing program financials and procurement processes while coordinating across a broad stakeholder group. Day Rate: Up to $920 per day Contract: 12 month contract Location: NSW 2153 Working Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week) Start: ASAP Key Responsibilities Support Program and Project Managers with program governance and coordination activities Maintain program reporting, documentation and governance processes in line with PMO standards Manage and track program financials including budgets, forecasts, actuals and variance reporting Coordinate procurement activities including raising purchase orders, vendor engagement and invoice reconciliation Assist with CAPEX tracking and financial planning across the program portfolio Liaise with internal stakeholders including project teams, procurement and legal to support program delivery Coordinate meetings, workshops and reporting cycles across the program Monitor program metrics and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across projects Identify financial or governance gaps and proactively escalate or resolve issues Contribute to maintaining and improving PMO processes and standards. Skills & Experience Previous experience as an IT Program Coordinator, PMO Analyst or Project Coordinator within a complex program environment, retail industry experience highly regarded Experience supporting program or project financials, including forecasting, budgeting and variance tracking Exposure to procurement processes including raising POs, managing vendors and invoice reconciliation Experience working within technology or IT delivery environments Strong analytical capability with Excel or Google Sheets for financial tracking and reporting Experience working with project management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba or similar will be highly regarded What's on Offer Opportunity to work on a large and complex technology program Collaborative and supportive PMO environment Hybrid working model with flexibility Long-term contract opportunity within a well-established program Sound like you?
