AWS is seeking a senior Sales Strategy & Operations professional to partner with a senior sales leader to accelerate business growth and drive operational excellence. This is a high influence position that is expected to drive operational improvements through data-driven decision making, providing strategic insight to senior leaders. Success in this position requires someone who can effectively balance strategic thinking with hands-on data analysis, while collaborating across AWS functions including Finance, Marketing, and Central Operations teams. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the business through driving growth initiatives, customer segmentation and territory planning, target setting and operational excellence. Key job responsibilities - Drive insights and strategic projects to increase revenue growth and/or efficiency in the ANZ sales team - Working with leadership and other Sales Operations Managers to support the business unit’s cadence, performance management, annual goals, budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes - Collaborate on the forecasting, metrics, reports, analyses, insights and dashboards to drive key business decisions across ANZ. - Lead the modelling and development of recommendations for planning aligned with targeted customer segmentation. About the team The Sales Strategy & Operations team are advisors and partners to sales leaders driving sales success through operational excellence.
