We are seeking a skilled and experienced Care Manager to oversee the clinical care team at a medium sized aged care facility located on Sydney's Lower North Shore. In this key leadership role, you will work alongside a highly experienced Facility Manager, taking ownership of clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high quality care. You will be supported by a large clinical team, including a Clinical Care Coordinator, dedicated Registered Nurses and care staff.
