As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP function and ensure the smooth operation of end-to-end accounts payable processes. About the Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. This role will lead a team of five, including both onshore and offshore team members, and play a key role in maintaining strong financial controls and driving process improvements within the AP function. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end accounts payable function for the organisation Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 across onshore and offshore locations Oversee invoice processing, payment runs, supplier reconciliations, and query resolution Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial procedures Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers Manage AP workflows and system processes within NetSuite Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains Support month-end close activities including accruals and reporting related to payables Monitor team performance, workload distribution, and service levels About You Proven experience in an Accounts Payable Manager or AP Team Lead role Strong experience using NetSuite Demonstrated experience managing both onshore and offshore teams Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on process improvement Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of financial controls and accounts payable best practices What We Offer Hybrid working model with 2 days work from home Modern CBD office location Supportive and collaborative finance team Opportunity to lead and optimise a growing AP function Competitive salary package How to Apply If you are an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
