The Role: This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring data, asking questions, and translating insights into meaningful solutions for stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with business teams to understand their needs, leverage data to solve problems, and help build modern data and analytics capabilities with a growing focus on AI-driven and autonomous analytics systems. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into analytics solutions. Analyse and interpret datasets such as fraud data and sales data to uncover actionable insights. Build dashboards and reports for leadership using Power BI and modern BI tools. Develop and maintain data models and queries using SQL within a cloud data environment. Leverage AI and prompt-driven analytics tools to accelerate reporting and insight generation. Support the development of agentic and AI-enabled analytics models and contribute to the long-term goal of autonomous analytics systems. Educate and enable business users to better understand and use data in decision-making. Improve data pipelines and data quality. Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Skills & Experience: Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities. Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI. Familiarity with Azure-based data environments. Exposure to predictive or prescriptive analytics beneficial. Exposure to AI-enabled BI tools and prompt-driven analytics Hands on experience with Snowflake and its AI capabilities such as Cortex AI is highly desirable. Hands on experience using Python for data analysis. Highly curious and proactive, with a passion for learning new tools and technologies. Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with business stakeholders. Ability to translate technical concepts into practical insights for non-technical teams. Not afraid to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and explore new solutions. Approximately 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering or BI, with exposure to modern analytics or AI tools. Work Environment Hybrid working model with three days in the office .
