Position Overview: This is a unique opportunity combining hands-on production work with meaningful disability employment support. Known internally as Inclusive Team Leader, you will be an active and hands on role model that will coach a small team of employees. In this role, you will be based on site at Estia Health an Aged Care Facility located in Victoria Point. In this role, you will be actively supporting the team and be hands on within a busy laundry room. You and the team will be involved in the full range of tasks including washing and folding sheet, towels, napkins and other linen items for the clients of this provider. This role requires someone who enjoys hands-on work and is passionate about supporting people to succeed in the workplace. Our team of 4 supported employees are experienced in this role and are needing an active team leader to motivate, mentor and coach day to day. This role is 4 days per week Monday to Thursday 20 hours per week. What You’ll Do Be an active team player – assisting the team in the process of laundry management. Inspire and mentor a diverse team, championing a strong safety culture and compliance. Support employees to meet their goals and contribute meaningfully to production outcomes. Foster a collaborative, respectful workplace with positive behaviour support. Ensure production targets are met with excellence in quality, attention to detail and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Bring Background in disability support or open employment coaching is highly valued but not essential. Clear and confident communication skills—both written and verbal. A genuine passion for inclusion, purpose-driven work, and empathetic leadership. Physical fitness to be on feet all day and be active supporter within the laundry duties. This area is Airconditioned and ability to keep up with fast pace. Willingness to obtain required checks: Blue Card, Yellow Card, National Criminal History Check, and a valid Driver’s License.
