It enables the efficient and cost-effective delivery of quality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and mobilityservices. The role ensures innovation initiatives are reliable, scalable, and aligned with evolving business and client needs. Key Accountabilities Lead and refine the analysis of complex business problems, translating them into well-structured epics,features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and supporting documentation that enables effective delivery. Engage proactively with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational pain points, regulatory considerations, and emerging opportunities where innovative solutions can drive measurable value. Collaborate closely with Product Owners and SMEs to shape product direction, manage expectations, and ensure the accurate prioritisation of initiatives within backlogs, roadmaps, and release plans. Contribute to the planning, design, and execution of test activities, including test cases and test scenarios, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards prior to deployment. Support organisational readiness for solution delivery, including conducting change impact assessments, preparing communication and training materials, and facilitating smooth transition to BAU teams. Skills And Experience Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills. Critically analyses information and can resolve problems through to complete resolution in a timely, effective manner. Strong customer management and stakeholder experience at all levels Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Ability to manage competing demands and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight or shifting timeframes. Excellent presentation and skills Ability to work under minimal supervision, as well as handle difficult and sensitive situations by making sound and independent judgements About you Financial Services / Fleet Management industry experience Proficiency in relevant tools, such as Jira, Confluence, requirements management tools, process mapping software Experience in conceptual system design and structured business analysis including process and data modelling Relevant Business tertiary qualification or equivalent experience What's next?
