About The Role Sydney Local Health District has a long and proud history of delivering care in the community including prevention, early intervention, assessment, treatment, health maintenance and continuing care services designed to improve and support the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities. You will be responsible for the provision of person centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes.
