Leading district wide Clinical Streams and the professional governance of Allied Health, this role brings people together to improve safety, quality and patient outcomes at scale. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Clinical Streams and a diverse Allied Health workforce, you will support integrated models of care, strengthen clinical governance, and build a capable, future ready workforce that reflects the needs of our growing and diverse communities. Relevant tertiary qualifications, or a related field, and/or extensive senior-level experience within a large, diverse service organisation. Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale clinical services in a complex health environment Demonstrated commitment to collaborative leadership (“Better Together”) and breaking down organisational silos. Evidence of successful system-level redesign, safety and quality leadership, and organisational performance achievement.
