This is a Technical Field Engineer role with Unisys based in Rhodes, NSW, AU Unisys Role Seniority - junior, mid level More about the Technical Field Engineer role at Unisys What success looks like in this role: The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals. We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Airport Support Technician to provide on-site technical and operational support for key airport equipment and customer-facing technologies. Previous experience in a customer-facing role , ideally within a fast-paced or public-facing environment. Experience in technical support , mechanical maintenance , or troubleshooting of equipment. Familiarity with kiosk systems, bag-drop technology, or similar automated service devices. Meets SLA requirements and ensures client satisfaction in all interactions. Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution. Ability to work in Rotational Shifts. You will be successful in this role if you have: Preferred prior experience with customer facing roles/duties. Preferred prior experience in support mechanical maintenance, airport equipment, kiosks, bag-drop. Ability to successfully complete a Police Check and Aus Check requirements needed to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) . A Valid Driver's License is required.
